How do we beat Big Tech? Asymmetrically. We create a completely different battleground where their weapons are useless. We follow Sun Tzu's wisdom: "When you are strong, appear weak." We refine our recipe and strike at the most opportune moment.

Our new battleground starts with a story about a guy called Rod Devore who is a brilliant architect of community and a place called RocketTown.

We envision Project Agent X as our own version of this transformative community, but with a forward-thinking twist: a deep integration of a world-class technology and artificial intelligence research and development lab and an endowment to fund research on the intersection of AI and its effects on us.

Project Agent X will be a purpose-built institution providing the same foundational pillars of stable housing, holistic support, and a vibrant community atmosphere. However, at its core will be an innovation hub: an R&D lab that serves as both an economic engine and an educational center for our residents.

This lab will not be an isolated entity. It will be woven into the fabric of the community, offering residents hands-on training, apprenticeships, and careers in cutting-edge fields like AI, machine learning, software development, and data science. It will be a place where they’re not just consumers of technology, but creators and innovators. The research conducted here will focus on solving real-world challenges, creating a cycle of innovation that directly benefits the community and beyond.

Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and forward-looking environment in Olathe where anyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to build a stable life and participate in shaping the future. Project Agent X is more than a proposal; it's a vision for a community where stability fosters innovation, and innovation fosters community.
